Audi 4.0T V2 Intercooler/Charge Cooler Core

The MercRacing intercooler/charge core offers the following benefits:

• Improved core durability (much stronger than OEM core) OEM core prone to failure when increasing boost.
• Core Manufactured by WAGNER Tuning.
• The higher water flow rate with its large full-size 3/4" hose connections improves core efficiency.
• Faster IAT recovery during pulls and performance-driving
• Better airflow (CFM) than OEM core. The Original core is very restrictive and meant to run at a limited stock flow rate.
• The new core design in 2023 adds additional Fin density and added cooling columns for improved efficiency.
• Includes a bleed port to aid in the removal of air during system fill-up.
